Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Annie Selke products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unused and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom rugs, final sale items, and cut yardage are not eligible for return.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided at the end of the portal process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging and secure the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
